As part of its overall expansion strategy, Arabia Project Chartering FZCO (APC Group), the leading project cargo specialists has announced its plans to relocate to Dubai Maritime City, the world-class maritime development aimed at serving the needs of a diverse global maritime audience.

APC Group’s Dubai office was formed in November 2005 to have better coverage of markets in the Middle East, Indian subcontinent and West Africa and is responsible for all fixtures East of Suez up to the Indian Subcontinent and East/West Africa. This move highlights the company’s commitment to the region and in providing its customers with the highest quality of service and products. Dubai was chosen as an operational base because of its central location, which provides easy access to the rest of the Arabia Gulf and the Sub Continent.
In his comments, Mr. John Ewing, Business Development Director, at Dubai Maritime City, said: ‘We are pleased to announce a new member to the Dubai Maritime City community. Dubai Maritime City will create a multidimensional, dedicated environment for the industry. Since our inception in 2004, we have grown into a mature entity with our own distinct identity in the Asian market building on extensive experience and values accumulated over many years of operation by our shareholders. Working here in Dubai we have been pleased to see a constantly growing demand for our reliable and high quality service which is what has made our adventure successful and we will continue in the same fashion.’

Ranging in sizes from 3,000 and up to 21,000 DWT and built with box shaped holds and crane capacity of up to 500 tons, APC Group’s key strength is the ability and flexibility to suit any vessel requirement anywhere providing a worldwide service.
