Limitless, an international master development arm of Dubai World, is gearing up for the first Cityscape India exhibition, where it will showcase global projects worth more than $100 bn.

Bidadi, the company’s $12bn urban community project near Bangalore, will be the star attraction at the Limitless stand which, at nearly 250 square metres, will be among the biggest at the show.

Saeed Ahmed Saeed, CEO of Limitless, said: ‘After a hugely successful Cityscape Dubai, we are getting ready to tell the Limitless story in India. Bidadi is the first of many projects we are planning for India, where massive urban migration is creating an unprecedented demand for new towns.

‘India is already facing a shortage of more than 20 million homes, and 300 million people are expected to flock to urban areas over the next 20 years. Bidadi, which will house 750,000 people, is one example of how Limitless will use its expertise in large-scale, urban planning and development to play a key role in India’s urban future.’

Limitless has partnered with top Indian developer DLF in a 50-50 joint venture for Bidadi. Other Limitless projects on display at Cityscape India will include Al Wasl in Saudi Arabia; Halong Star in Vietnam; and Arabian Canal and Downtown Jebel Ali in the UAE.
