Nakheel sponsors Emirates Energy Awards
Nakheel, one of the world’s largest privately-held property developer, has declared its Platinum Sponsorship of the 2nd edition of Emirates Energy Award, announced by the Dubai Quality Group, recently.
The Award, aimed to inculcate the role played by the UAE in areas of environmental and energy protection, goes in keeping with the strategy championed by HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, to ensure leadership for Dubai in all areas of life with special focus on sustained development and environment.
This sponsorship on Nakheel’s part goes in unison with its strategy based on contributing to all initiatives tailored to serve the society and its environment, an attitude which has been verified recently by its ‘Blue Communities’ initiative, a colossal waterfront development project that has earned the company an immense worldwide acclaim.
