Imdaad sign a contract with Dubai Customs to provide comprehensive facilities management solutions
Imdaad, the advanced facilities management solutions arm of Dubai World, announced that it has signed a contract with Dubai Customs, under which Imdaad will provide strategic facilities management solutions for all facilities of Dubai Customs.
Under this contract, both parties agreed to a joint plan for the management of Dubai Customs’ facilities and assets in accordance with the highest safety and quality standards, aiming at providing quality services to Dubai Customs and its clients.
Imdaad pointed out that the facilities management solutions provided by virtue of the contract will cover periodical maintenance works, as well as all the services and systems related to HVAC, electrical systems, civil and building inspection services, plumbing systems, managing accident damages and providing technical support and consultations. In order to ensure quality services, Imdaad Customer Service Centre works round-the-clock to receive and handle customers’ inquiries.
Commenting on the new partnership, Jamal Abdulla Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said, ‘Imdaad will furnish Dubai Customs with exceptional services that conform to the international standards of facilities management solutions, taking into consideration quality requirements’.
