Imdaad signs contract with Economic Zones World to provide comprehensive Facility Management Services

Economic Zones World (EZW), one of the world’s biggest free zones developer and operators, recently signed a contract with Imdaad, the advanced facilities management solutions arm of Dubai World, under which Imdaad will provide comprehensive facilities management solutions for all the assets owned by the EZW located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, TechnoPark and Dubai Cars and Automotive Zone (DUCAMZ).

Under the terms of this contract, both parties will work jointly to establish a world-class facilities management solution plan, in line with the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring that Economic Zones World and its clients receive the best of services promptly.

Commenting on the new partnership, Jamal Abdulla Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: ‘This contract is yet another opportunity for Imdaad to once again register its distinctive approach towards the provision of advanced and integrated services. Under the agreement signed between EZW and Imdaad, the services and systems covered in the facilities management solutions will include planned and corrective maintenance.

The agreement covers all technical services such as mechanical, electrical, civil, managing accident damages, accommodation inspection services, asset repair and replacement, infrastructure as well as waste management. To ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction, Imdaad relies on a 24/7 help desk and computerised asset management software for its complete operations.
