Imdaad partners AMS to provide FM services in the Middle East
Imdaad, the integrated facilities management company, signed an agreement with Aswaq Management & Services (AMS), the Abu Dhabi-based mixed-use property consultancy, sales, leasing and Management Company, to provide FM services, including consultancy, strata and operation management, health, safety and environmental services. It will cover all AMS properties in the UAE as well as those in the GCC and Levant Countries.
Under the agreement, signed by Jamal Lootah, Chief Executive Officer of Imdaad, and Nasser Mohammed Al Nowais, Chairman of AMS, the two entities will identify the AMS Projects and form a Joint Venture Company.
The new alliance is in line with Imdaad’s strategic expansion plans for the region, which place added emphasis on environment-friendly operations.
