Imdaad named ‘Overall GCC FM Company of the Year’ at FM Middle East Awards 2010
Imdaad, the leading integrated facilities management company in the UAE, reaffirmed its service excellence credentials when it was named “Overall GCC FM Company of the Year” at the Facilities Management Middle East Awards 2010. The prestigious honor is in recognition of the FM leader’s flagship projects, service integration, quality of service delivery as well as its world class Health & Safety practices.
The FM ME Awards, presented at a ceremony at Park Hyatt, honored winners in 14 categories covering key sectors of the Facilities Management industry in the Middle East for their contribution to the growth of the sector.
Imdaad also highlighted its commitment to the FM service sector by actively participating in the Facilities Management Expo 2010, the high profile industry gathering held at Dubai International Exhibition Centre during May 18-20.

The Facilities Management Middle East Awards aims to raise the profile of the industry and reward and recognize those who have made significant contributions to the progress and development of the region’s FM industry. The awards acknowledge the leaders as well as the newcomers who have invested in technology, implemented winning strategies and invested both time and resources to ensure the local industry not only meets international standards but often exceeds them.
Companies from all over the Middle East were represented at the award ceremony. Imdaad sponsored two of the 14 awards during the ceremony: -Health & Safety Initiative of the Year Award and Green FM Contractor of the Year Award.
Imdaad used the FM Expo 2010, the Middle East’s premier exhibition dedicated to facilities management, to underline its commitment to promote overall development of the facilities management industry as well as expand its client base.
Over 1500 people visited Imdaad’s stand at the event, including the general public, investors, property developers and companies from various sectors such as hospitality, Health and Safety, construction, energy, environment as well as security services.
The Expo highlighted the rapidly growing importance of the FM market. It attracted huge international participation, with exhibitors from the GCC, Europe, Africa and Asia.
