Wahid Al Ulama is the Vice Chairman of Dubai Natural Resources World and Vice Chairman of Leisurecorp. He joined Dubai World in March 2007 where he was first appointed as the Group Chief Legal Officer for Dubai World.

Abdul Wahid is the Vice Chairman of the US-UAE Business Council established under the auspices of the US Chamber of Commerce. He has recently been appointed by the President of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as a Board Member of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

Prior to joining Dubai World, Abdul Wahid was a Partner with the largest UAE law firm, Al Tamimi & Company. He was also the Managing Partner of their associate office in Qatar. He was a member of the DIFC’s Islamic Finance Advisory Council in Dubai.
